MotoCal is an economical software tool that provides five different calibration utilities to improve the accuracy of Motoman robots. It adjusts absolute data values by teaching five different postures at five different points, using the robot teach pendant. This calibration improves the Tool Control Point (TCP) and tool posture of the robot.
